Compass co-founders, Luke and Natalie Dean-Weymark, spent a combined 20 years in public relations and publishing but began to grapple with the lack of meaning they found in their corporate client portfolio. Like all good revolutions, frustration led to action and in 2017 they opened their own purpose-centric agency, Compass Studio.
From conception, Compass made a commitment to partner only with brands that are bettering the world in some way – whether that’s by encouraging people to get outdoors, providing more sustainable packaging materials, revolutionising agricultural processes, supporting society’s mental wellbeing or simply gathering communities together in local movements.
Today Compass is a small but mighty team of eight, based in the Sydney CBD and servicing a wide range of conscious businesses across the globe.
